How do I gain heathly weight?

I eat a lot, but what else?
I'm 16, 5'8, and 115 pounds.

Answers:
Eat a lot of lean meats, dairy products, and whole grains (Wonderbread is *not* a whole-grain!)

And exercise. Believe it or not it works. Exercising will jumpstart your metabolism so your appetite increases. It'll also help you build muscle and bone density.
Well maybe you should try to go to the gym and gain a lot of muscle. Like lift weights. And also try eating lots of Fruits and Veg.
you can start lifting weights. it will add lean muscle weight and no fat to your body. you should also try eating around 2000-2500 calories a day. drink milk (3 cups) and eats lots of protein, about 1 gram for every pound of body weight. dont try eating fats like saturated or trans fat, but ones like poly- or mono- unsaturated fat. they are the good types of fat that wont add unwanted size to your body. try eating around 5-6 six times a day and drink a lot of water.
Increase your protein level by eating chicken, eggs (just egg whites are even better) & protein shakes. Also try to eat healthy caloric foods like bananas, avacados, whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta. Make sure you get plenty of exercise including strength training, even if you are trying to gain weight, so you will gain muscle and work up a good, healthy appetite. You'll start filling out soon...
If you are a hard gainer (meaning having a high metabolism) then you are gonna need some help - meaning supplements.

I was and still am a hard gainer. I graduated high school at 5'9" and 135 pounds, I went into the service and after bootcamp I was 155 pounds, after bootcamp I started working out and started taking supplements like "creatine and protein shakes and a lot of calories" i went from 155 lbs to 172 lbs in 1 month and I ended up just doing body building for 9 months and by the time I was done I was 212 lbs.
