Will it work?

Im going on holidays in two weeks, and have been doing a 50 mins in the gym 4 nights all week and i have 2 weeks left which means i have done 3 weeks in total by the time comes for me to go.

I do 40 mins cardio and 10 mins sit ups, am i wasteing my time as in hopeing to notice a difference in my shape or will i not see any difference.

Im 5ft 1 and weight 9 stone

I think you have to look at exercise as a long term solution...

You are not overweight, so you probably aren't going to see a difference in 3 weeks. I'd say you'd be able to see a difference in 12 weeks not 3.
