Want to know the best fat blocker on the market today.?

Question:

Answers:
William 'Refrigerator' Perry was a 400 pound lineman for the Bears a number of years ago. At the time he was the best fat blocker in the NFL. I don't think he's on the market anymore though.
Seriously, though I used a fat blocker once and it almost killed me. I don't recommend doing something that's bad for you to counteract something you're doing that's bad for you.

I believe americans have the highest percentage of obesity in the world because of all the trans fat, and refined foods in general. overly processed food is indigestable. You need certain fats in order to digest proteins etc. We're doing everything wrong and our diet is literally a recipe for disaster.
I wish that I could help you here but I think that the best fat blocker is a reduced fat diet and cardio excersize. Sorry!
There's the new Alli. It isn't a magical wonder pill that will block all fat, but in tests it did show to assist those already dieting. It helped those already on a limited calorie diet lose about two or three more pounds than those not taking it.

The problem with fat blockers is that they can inhibit the absorption of various vitamins that need fat to be used in your body, such as Vitamin K. From some of your earlier posts, I assume you're still in college and in your 20s? Then you don't need to worry about that. Just exercise and eat right and you'll be fine.
