I was wondering what the average 6'5 tall male should weigh?

Question:
I am training for a jui-jitsu tournament coming up and am currently down to 170lbs all on my own. no supplements, or undereating. Just working out and running alot. and I was wondering what a guy my height (6'5) should weigh and if it would even be healthy for me to try for the next class down (155lbs) or just stay at 170 where I am right now?

Well that's underweight for an adult, and you'd surely lose muscle to get there. I think you'd best stay at 170. If you're underweight, your blood pressure will drop dramatically making it much harder to work out and you'll feel tired all the time.
