Can someone tell me what to eat during the day?

Okay, I need to loose weight and fast.
I posted alota questions...But what can I say..? I'm desprate!
I gained 10 pounds this summer and i wanna loose atleast 10-15 in a month, mostly 20.
Im on the lemon aid cleanse, my mom talked me out of it cuz its scars the stomach if thats what i drink in 10 days.
Can someone just tell me or list me some foods that I can have in my day, like, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.
No morals plz. =) thx

You should really talk to a doctor instead of asking this question here. Your doctor can provide a safe meal plan that will help you lose weight and you know it will work because it's from your doctor.

It's quite simple. Lemonaid I'm quessing is a lot of sugar.
Unless its pure lemon...yuck!
eat mostly veggies, fruit it okay.but dont grouge on it. multi -grains as opposed to whole wheat and white. Since it attaches itself to fat and helps flush it.
Nuts, they are full of protein.
Eat a granola bar for breakfast and one for lunch. Then eat a healthy supper. You should start to lose weight pretty fast. Do not starve yourself. It is not healthy for you. EXERCISE, that helps too.

The wrong foods we eat that increase the levels of pro-inflammatory peptides, are SUGAR (a true mild poison ), soda, processed foods, AND ALL THE STARCH CARBS - pasta, white rice, potatoes, breads; and pastry. Try to avoid them!

Hi... losing 20 pounds in a month is possible, but NOT recommended. It is hard on your body, and will almost always be regained. You need to change your eating habits over the long term to keep the weight off.

I'm not laying a judgment on you here... I've been there myself. I've lost 120 pounds a couple different times. When it happened fast, it eventually all came back, since my habits went right back to their old bad ways...

Aim for a pound or two a week by snacking on veggies instead of high fat and carb snacks. Adding exercise is absolutely necessary for success, but it doesn't have to be some extreme workout routine. My exercise was walking between 1 and 3 miles a day at pace of at least 3 mph (a mile in 20 minutes or less).

Your mom is right about the lemon cleanse. NONE of those weird alternative things work well, and most can do you significant harm... Stick with diet changes and exercises...
