Does bikeriding help you loose fat?

i go bikeriding every morning up some pretty steep hills.
i was just wondering what this will help strengthen. my legs?

bike riding is good for most of your body. you are actually working just about everything in a bike ride. dont' expect massive arm definition but its enough to tone em up.

the only way to permanently lose fat is to stop eating the things that make you fat. its not that hard -- really! most of the rest of the world doesn't have access to 1/2 gallon cartons of ice cream. guess who does and who is fat?
any physical activity can help you loose fat and yes it will help strengthen your legs
