Sounds like everyone on here is trying to give you a heart attack not help you gain weight.
Ok first, go to the local store and get some protien bars. Not Slimfast, but stuff that shows a muscle man on them. They are full of protien which will help you build muscle. Start lifting a little weights if you can. Lifting weights does not burn fat, only cardio can do that. So stay away from cardio.
Eat slightly bigger protions, but not alot bigger. You only want to increase your calories by maybe 500 extra a day. That should help you gain some wieght in a short time. You do not want to gain to much because it can leave streach marks on your skin. Those will never go away.
eat lots of carbs
Eat packaged food and don't exercise.
eat a lot of food. but make it healthy fattening food. because if you think gaining weight by eating chips, soda, and pizza is going to work, you've got another thing coming.
don't go to the bathroom
Try some weight lifting. Use heavy weights and do fewer repetitions to build more muscle mass. Also try eating nuts and granola to gain more weight. Salt also tends to keep water weight if you are gaining this for some short term goal such as a weigh-in.
Go to McDonalds and get a double quarter pounder with cheese w/ a large frie and a large coke. Do that about every other 2 days.
Load up on protein.a few protein shakes through out the day... so in other words take your weight and take that many grams of protein through out the day. I suggest Whey protein its really good and it only takes about 30 minutes for your body to digest it. Just remember to work out ... protein alone won't get you there =P

eat at red lobster clean out mickey d's eat 50 sticks of butter those oreos are gone the second you leave the store refus too walk even to your mail box get an electric weel chair and get handy cap parking that or when cooking a steak dont cut off the fat and in all drinks and foods put a mountain of sugar why do u want to gain pounds?
well i have this medical encyclopedia and you must have a high calorie diet sort of thing. here are some things you should have.
Breads: Any, especially whole-grain or enriched bread
cereals: Any, especially whole- grain or enriched cereal
soups: ANY! they're all good
Meat, fish, eggs, or cheese: At least 1 egg and two servings daily of meat or substitute, such as eggs or cheese
Vegetables: Any Vegetable canned, cooked, or Raw
Fats: like Butter, Cream, lard, margarine, oil, salad dressing
Fruits: Any choice of fruit canned, cooked, dried, or fresh
Desserts: Cakes, cookies, ice cream, pies, ppudding , others..
Sweets: candy, jelly, sugar others...
Beverages; Any beverages, especially those in high calories!
Miscellaneous: condiments, gravy, nuts, salt, spices, vinegar...
honestly i would like to have this diet lucky you!
