It is highly unrecomended that you try this. At most you want to lose a week is 2-3 pounds of fat. Water weight will always fluctuate.

Wrestlers, boxers, horse jockeys and others do it by exercising and sweating like crazy. AND they do so under the care and scrutiny of professional trainers. Can be harmful to lose too much too fast. Better to gradually lose weight by eating less, but more intelligently, and exercising more.

Jump roap for at least an hour a day - it burns a lot of calories. Do intense aerobics. Move as much as you can - walk everywhere, dance like a maniac to your fave music, swim, etc. Don't drink any other beverage but water. Substitute regular carbs with healthy carbs like whole grain bread and pasta, eat lots of lean meats such as turkey breast and tuna (make sure the tuna is in water and not oil). For a snack, put an apple in the microwave for about 5 minutes or until it gets soft and turns into puree - very low calories and tastes good. Lets be realistic, that is too much weight to lose in one week but if you implement the aforementioned changes, you can lose about 5 pounds and you won't be starving.
no easy way out buddy... you will just gain it back quick as well... and might gain it twice as much... just try doing cardio and eat right, it might take you more than a week to do it... but hey at least you are doing it the healthier way... its better to be safe than sorry buddy!
