depending on your weight at the moment. if your a bigger girl and have reduce your calorie intake then yes. but if you already have a good built or petite, just lowering you calorie consumption will not do, you must also maintain a good exercise habit. you can exercise all you want, but if you eat like crap yor just contradicting what you do in the gym and vice versa. and if you realy want to lose wieght, try eating small portion every two hours. listen to my advice.
Yes. Weight loss comes from creating a calorie deficit. (consuming fewer calories than you expend) It doesn't matter what the calories come from.
yes you can, its all about the calories no matter where they come from
If you burn more calories than you eat , yes.
The way to lose is to burn more than you eat.
That sounds like a good limit to go for. Just get
lots of exercise.
yes. BUT potatoes are starch, in your body it turns into sugar and if it is not burned up it stores it self as fat. same gos for rice(even brown),pasta, bread, corn(which dosenot really digest)
you would be better off cutting them out completely. if u have to have them try 1 week and 1 serving size, and that is as big as your fist.
by potatoes do you mean french fries soaked in grease?
