Why does your muscles shake after you excersise?

Question:

Answers:
The shaking means you're working and strengthening your muscles, but it's also a sign that the muscle is not accustomed to the demands you're putting on it. This will stop after you have been doing the same exercise and your muscles become accustomed to the demand.
now don't quote me on this, because i'm not 100% positive, but it seems i read that when you lift weights, it causes tiny little tears in the muscle fibers. that's why your body needs a day between workouts to heal and let the muscles repair themselves, and that is what makes your muscles bigger. so i don't know if the shaking after a workout is the muscle being worked to the brink of exhaustion (depletion of glycogen) and then beginning to repair itself. but don't quote me, i'm not totally sure!!
