Everything sounds fine except the part with barely eating anything.
You should eat a balanced meal as usual, 3 times a day or 6 small meals a day. Barely eating anything is not good because you'll either become anorexic if you continue it, or if you decided to stop, you'll gain all the weight back or more.
Don't drink soda or juice because it contains a lot of sugar. Leftover sugar=fat. And more fat to work off.
You will lose weight, I'm not sure if it's 10 pounds by the end of august, but if you keep it up, most likely you will reach your goal.
If you are serious about it try the mastercleanse also known as the lemonade diet. At least that is a controlled way of purifyng your body and you will drop weight really quick- although you will gain it all back when you start eating.

yes you will but those ten pounds plus more will be added after you start to eat again...starving your body isnt healthy you will gain the weight back and probally more since what ever you eat, your body will hold on too and soak up as much nutrients as it can. the correct way to lose weight is to diet properly by eating right and excersising daily.
I started a diet this last week. In one week I lost 4 lbs.
I had a protein shake for breakfast, lunch and then a low fat, healthy dinner, I actually ate the Lean Cuisine meals.
Drink plenty of water and as far as exercise, try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday. For me, this was cleaning my house and chasing after the kids.

number one rule for eating and exercising to lose weight (dieting for short): hardly eating anything is stupid, and it is a stupid idea to follow.
1. do your exercise first thing in the morning after waking up. dont eat or drink anything but a glass of water or two before your routine.
2. eat breakfast afterwards. a full breakfast. remember that its better to eat the most carbs before noon.
3. take a high quality multivitamin similar to what they sell at GNC.
4. figure the calories you take in and adjust them against what you burn and how much weight you want to lose. remember, you WILL GAIN WEIGHT if you eat more calories than you burn in a given day. some people lose sight of something so friggin simple.
5. quality carbohydrates (if any at all depending on how extreme you are on this crash diet) veggies veggies veggies!
