sugarless Jello only has 10 calories. yum! but definatly less bread. maybe salads. veggies, fruit. and don't forget to exercise!

Eat less sandwiches, and more variety of other things.

Replace peanut butter with tuna, replace bread with sweet potatoes, replace ham with chicken, and cottage cheese instead of regular cheese.

And so on and so forth.
i think it's good but tooo much BREAD even if it is 100% whole wheat, for each sandwich you should only use one slice of bread. and eat some fruits&veggies. :)
