Exercising question!?

Question:
I know a lot of individuals hit the gym to burn off the calories they consumed throughout the day but why do cardio early in the morning? I thought cardio was done to burn calories but if you haven't eaten yet in the morning why bother doing cardio?

Answers:
your body burns the fat that is already stored in the fat cells, instead of what you ate for breakfast, snacks, etc. plus, it definitely gives your metabolism a jump start for the day.
It raises your metabolism, causing you to burn off more calories throughout the day than if you wait until aftrnoon or evening to begin exercising.
Well you shoukld have a piece of fruit if you are gonna do cardio in the morning. But also it makes your metabolism something like 15% faster for the day and gives you lots of energy.
i agree with your question. Most poeple work out in the morning to get a burst of energy when they go to work, or whatever it is people do. i personally workout in the middleof the day. sometime around 3-5
Thats why you eat first so you have the energy to do the carido activities
