calculate your BMR, thats how many calories you burm by being alive...and simply eat less than that and also add some exercising... 3500 calories is one pound...so depending how much weight you wanna lose, decrease your calorie intake.you may also eat the same,but work out a lot.but dont get crazy,you wont be able to lose more than 2 pounds a week...otherwise its not healthy and you will gain everything back...hope it helped,good luck!! as for me,i eat very little during the week,and then i eat whatever i want on the weekend...i do work out 4-5 times a week...this way i keep the same weight, which is perfect now

Find a form or exercise you can enjoy..even if it is unconventional...try it at different times of the day- I found I can run (waddayaknow) and LOVE it at the break of dawn. Drink lots, water is the best, grapefruit juice and apple cider seem to help me eat less. And most of all, before you decide to eat, ask yourself how badly you want it. If you want it real bad, go for it. If you deprive yourself, you won't stick to it and you'll be seriously crabby all the time. Which is worse than being overweight.
