Does anyone know anything about legs?!?

Question:
ok. im 15 and im not fat on upper body but fat on the legs.. legs are my problem.. does anyone know good way to lose weight on my legs? thanx for the help

Answers:
If you start running and/or biking ou will lose weight all over especially legs though they will also look really toned.
walking and bike riding
cycle. should help you out. :)
You can't spot reduce. You will have to lose weight all throughout your body in order to make your legs smaller. But if that's the only place you have fat, that's where it will come from when you start to lose weight.

I suggest you take up running. There's no quicker way to lose weight and tone the legs, which will make them look smaller and leaner.
if you concentrate on slimming down all over, not just your legs, you will see results. you can tone up the muscles in your shoulders, back, and arms to counter balance your lower half if you still feel like your legs are too fat, but if you concentrate on an overall body slim down, you will even out your proportions. try eating smaller, healthier meals with a lean protein and carb at each meal, and exercise at least 5 days a week with some weight lifting and cardio every day.
