Not normal. Why not eat in 2 days, in that short time (48 hours) can do damage to your body already than u think, be careful

Kaitlen sweetheart, in order to loose weight you have to eat 3 times a day. If you skip a day of eating or 2 it screws up ur metabolism. And you won't be loosing any weight, its going to come back. Eat healthy, make sure you EAT BREAKFAST very very important. excerise too, its necceassry.

Yes, it is. It happens to me too. When I dont eat for a few days then try to have something I have to stop eating cuz it makes me sick.
Yes, your body is now not use to food and you are damaging your metabolism. There is no reason not to eat anything for 3 days. If you think you are going to lose weight think again because when you do not eat your body just holds on to whatever amount of fat that it can. Start eating slowly and things that are not too rich or fatty and slowly you will begin to feel better.
ist not good to starve your self becasue when you eat your body doesnt know when it will eat next time so the food goes straight into fat, for energy storage

I don't know if that's normal, but I do know that it's not healthy to not eat in two days. if you're trying to lose weight, that's not the way to do it (when you don't eat, your body goes into "starvation mode" and tries to preserve your fat and instead uses your muscles for energy, which slows down your metabolism, making you less likely to lose weight quickly, therefore creating a viscious cycle).
