How do i gain muscles and six packs in about 9 months?


Question:
im 14 years old,about 6ft,and only 130lbs,i been skinny and lanky all my life,but it never matterd b4 but now i gotta go to this field trip in about 10 months to mermaid lake where i gotta take my shirt off in order to swim and i dont want to look like a freak,so im just wonderin how many sit ups,push ups,and etc. should i do each day to get fit in about 9 months?

haha nice i've thought of it too but never too commited u can run miles and do sit ups get weights and twistin ur upper body fix's the luv handles. c if u can stay wit it for sure u'll get it
eat proteins eggs meat broast for carbs potatos and rice and dring lot of water perfom exercise consistenly if u do not then u r not able to gain masss perfom 6 sets 5 to 7 reps of all exercise should take one egg one glass of banana shake and one potato 1 hour before u start doing exercise and do the same after u have done the exercise with the passage of time u will get hungry and increase the amount but u should be consistent remember gain mass inculde 60% diet and 40% exercise so eat lot lot
