A good workout to build abs?

Do 50 crunches in the morning and do 50 crunches an hour before u go to bed. In between that time make sure to run so u loose the fat that are hiding ur abs, they will become more visable when u loose fat. Make sure ur eating good and r getting ur daily proteins and carbs. U can also go to the gym and get a personel trainer. If the next day ur not sore increase the 50 to 75 and so on. Make sure to also get rest. Ur muscles need to rest properly to recover and build muscle.

do 25 sit ups then 25 sit ups touching your right elbow to left knee then 25 normal the 25 left elbow to right knee then 25 normal ( #s can be changed to fit you)
