Im 14 i weigh 7-8 stone i want to loose weight fast before i go back to school which is in 3-4 weeks?

i want to loose weight fast so i can wear bakinis when i go on holiday and so i can wear shorts and skirts without feeling worried or feeling digusted with myself when i look in the mirror. so has anyone got any ideas how i can loose weight fast?

Take a good jog around your neighbourhood. When I was 14 I was the same weight as you so I don't know why you need to loose weight.
Why do you need to lose weight again, I think your sound about right really.
If you want to tone try doing some stomach crunches about 40 a day and some squats again about 40.

Eat plenty of healthy five a day fruit and veg and make sure you have you recommended daily 1500 calories..

You should be getting advice from your parent or doctor. I don't think you need to lose any weight and should just maintain a healthy diet.

You can tone up if you wish but you should check which exercises are suitable from your doctor as your bones are still developing at your age and weight bearing exercises and spin are not recommended for someone of your age.
its not that bad,, u dont wanna lose weight just like that anyway u will get loose skin and that, i think its a good weight.. dont be so paranoid about ur self :)
Don't try to lose weight ,if your unhappy about the way you look you may want to tone up a bit ,please don't worry about what weight you are ,but do stay fit ,people come in all shapes and sizes

look at the question,ask your family to read it,then hopefully uou will realise what a prick you are being.you are a CHILD no matter what you or anyone else says.you will get ill,or worse end up looking like kate moss.maybe aim for the elisha cuthberts or emily scotts of this world and get a figure not a disgusting skeleton.

You are average, even slightly under. Maybe you just want to tone up, in that case sit-ups and stuff.

Hey, I know how you feel, I've just posted a similar question. I'm about your age, almost 15, and weigh 7.5 but my nurse says I'm underweight. I totally don't feel like it though! My thighs are like tree trunks I swear lol. I just want to go back to school starting fresh and for my class mates to see me next year and to think "wow she's in shape". I naturally have a small figure but get sooo bored during the summer I eat and eat and fear I'm going to be the size of a whale come September! You don't need to loose weight. I'm 14 and I'm male and i weight 11 stone. i really need to loose weight before i go back to school. i have bought myself a blank book and its now my target book. I will set a target weight for one month.

i picture myself really fat and it make me think that i don't want to be fat when I'm older so it motivates me to take exercise. I suggest what you should do is drink 2 litres of water a day and this will get rid of toxins in your body. exercise can be fun as well. it does not have to be boring. you can listen to music when you exercise. also i like to dance (street dance) i put music on my ipod and street dance in my room. i work up a sweat.

hey, what's your diet like at the moment? cut out all your jjunk food - no crisps, sweets, cakes or biscuits.
Try and avoid carb based foods such as bread rice and pasta. start eating high protein foods such as fish, chicken, lots of vegetables and fruit.
Everytime u feel like eating junk reach for some fruit or nuts instead.
Start exercising this will help u loose weight faster. try something like swimming twice a week and running. Both these exercises will give u an all over body workout.
