Will Power Suggestions for Weight Lifting?

I am 15 years old and own failed copious times at continuing to lift weights.

I am principally lifting weights because I am some what heavy set because of my man boobs. I other get really serious into consignment lifting and working out to tone my chest, but always wind up up stopping a week later for miscellaneous reasons. I don't hold the will power to continue. I other try for 3 -4 days a week. But I always find I'm too tired when I find home from school, or I a moment ago don't feel close to doing it.

I need some proposal on how I can build my will power to continue working out to amend my health. Thanks
