What are some easy ways to build muscle at home without buying weights for a pass to the gym? (specifics)?

I live in a small apartment, with no room for excersize/ gym equipment and no money to buy wieghts or any machinery. Please help!

You could buy a pair of dumbbells, they are cheap and take up no space. Try checking out bodybuilding.com for army style workouts. The military keeps in top shape without weights.

ok, go out and buy some kind of protein shake. like muscle milk or maxx protien. then start doing pushups, crunches, situps, body squats, and do some running. like around the block a few times or something. you should build up pretty good that way.
There are workouts you can do with elastic bands. They work well and you can hook them up behind a door and as a bonus you can take it with you wherever you go.
