(i am 11 btw)

1. Breakfast - Golden nuggets

2. Lunch - 1 and a half chappati with curry (indian)

2 packets of crisps

a few grapes

Ribeana apple juice

3. Dinner same as lunch

At your age you should be drinking 3 glasses of milk a day. It can be low-fat, non-fat, or 1%, or 2%. To go with your golden nuggets. Yummm! Read the packaging for calorie content for each item. You didn't give us enough info (serving size, what are "crisps", what are "golden nuggets" etc) to give you a number.
