Why do i get so dizzy thinking of what food i ate!?

For almost two weeks, i have been thinking of losing weight bad. I have partial success, but fall into cravings eveer so often. The worst part however is that i get dizzy and cant get much work done just coz i think of how much calories i consumed per day and get depressed if i binged. I am going to try and stop doing this. Any advice is appreciated.
