HELP i need to slim down my thighs!! before school!!?

ok im not fat but im self concious about my thighs and i have done so many exercises but none help i need some exercises that will slim them down bye the 22!! or just soon!!

Unless u reduce ur weight u cannot reduce ur thighs.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
the only healthy way will be to exercise more!

u can't spot reduce, you just have to do cardio and then tone.
Have you been regularly excercising your thigh area? Are your thighs more fat or muscle? if its already muscle, it would be hard to slim it down. If its fats, heres wat you can try doing to tone it down.

Find some place ( a tall building of about 20stories would be fine), wear your sneakers, and start walking up those stairs. When you reach the top, take the lifts down, and start walking up again. Reason for not walking down the stairs is that it puts alot of pressure on the joints and it wears them out.
When you have been doing that for afew days, try to fasten your pace, but do not use running, cos when running up steps, you may end up focusing on your calves instead of your thighs (muscular calves are not pretty).

Dont forget to warm up properly before your start your climb up, and make sure that you dont overdo it.
