Question:
tips that will help me grow taller. no vitamins or testorone boosters or anything like that.

Answers:
If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1.Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2.Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Well Buddy wait till 20 years..n I m sure u can go up to ur dad's height...n may be taller then him...do some stretchin excercise...n plz dont do any power wrkouts like weight lifting n all.till u r 19-20
you have until you are about 18 to get taller. i know A LOT of short guys that didnt get taller until after sophmore year. just keep drinking milk and hope for the best. good luck!
no u will be 5' after 5 years
My husband had a short mom and a tall dad...he is now 31 years old and 5'8''. But my Brother is 6'2'' tall...my Dad is 6 ft and my mom is 5'1.so it really depends on your genes.you can have a growth spurt at anytime or just gradually grow. You should never try to take something to get taller...you just need to let nature takes it coarse. You will be fine either way. Oh and by the way..my hubby grew wide and strong.he is a brick! So who knows what your body will do.
U'll most likey will be 5'9 or somewhere around there!!
Don't worry, you're most likely not done growing. Wait a few more years. My husband's dad was 5'6 and his mom 5'1, and he grew to 6', so you never know!
You have to be positive, OF COURSE YOU WILL if you want because everything you wish in most of the times happen and scientifically it is a scarce probability you got it from inheritance it happens rarely. Go ahead boy take that from your mind and live life happy, because you are very important for God, your family, yourcountry, your society, the world and how not to say the universe.
