Can I live off 1200 calories for life?

Question:
I am really skinny and really short 5f 95pounds, and I always get full after eating 1200 calories. So would this be okay?

Answers:
You shouldn't eat if you're not hungry. But if you're really concerned, you should see a dietitian. They'll be able to tell you if this diet is okay, and if it's not, they'll be able to tell you what to eat to make it okay.
i;m 5ft5in and 96 lbs. i live off 1300 calories a day and feel fine. i'm not sure how good it is but it seems to work for me.
Yes, its fine. More than most of the world actually gets to eat, so I'd say you're doin' well.
make sure you get a mix of carbs, protein, and fats then yes you could live off it. But if you only eat 1200 calories a day on cookies then no. Plus if you plan on exercising any amount you are going to need to increase the calories.
Hey I don't think it's fine... it sounds like your metabolism is way too slow. If I were you I would go to a doctor... you might have some hormonal problems!
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
