I need workouts i can do, tha days i miss out on tha gym...?

Well this is what I do..I do sit-ups DUH!! but I also add a weight ...you can also suck your tummy in I do it about 25 seconds 3 times it's ez and you can do it ANYWHERE. Next lay on your back do sit ups and move your feet as if you were cycling, lay on back and extend your legs than bend and lift with your stomach butt area :P this really burns or do sit ups on an incline surface that also burns
sit ups, crunches

go up 5 times and down 5 times you could blast like 500 kals
