How can i lose 99 pounds in 120 days?

i am 216 pounds and i am 14 years old i need to lose weight because i don't eat right it is hard for me but sence i am going to turn 15 in a few days i wanna start by eating right and exerciseing everyday i need some help because i don't have money to go to the gym and i have an exercise ball, a bike, and a jump rope for now and i just wanna know what to eat and how much i should exercise i wanna be able to lose 99 pounds so please help ...PLEASE :(?

The most youcan loose at a healthy rate is 2 ounds a week! and its not as easy as it sounds but with faith anytihng in life is possible..you should start of by cutting all junks and sauces as mayonaise,butter,and syrups...no juices and very very few things with dough like cookies for example...start with30 minutes a day of simple dancing!! its fun and its sculps the body...gradually progress to 1 hour and trust me you will see results.drink tons of water even a gallon a day and dont eat after 8at night....and jump rope,its excellent and so is running,remeber take it slow you dont want to gain it back!!

drink water before you eat. It will make you feel full faster. The more water you drink, the less you will eat. It's that simple.
HOWEVER, It is mostly a test of ultimate willpower. Once that hunger sets in, fight it. Try and distract yourself by watching a movie.
BTW, it's practically impossible to lose that much weight in 120 days. You only lose a certain amount of fat per day, and the rest is muscle.
4 months to lose 99 pounds is not healthy. you should only be losing 2 pounds a week. losing weight and keeping it off is an ongoing thing. if i were you i would use the bike rope and ball.

bike: ride at a med pace for about 1 minute then ride as hard as you can for 1 minute... keep going for about 20 minutes.

ball: you can use this to help with your stomach... lie down on your back put the ball between your ankles. and lift up to pass teh ball to your hands and repeat... try do 10... it is very difficult to do...

rope: is good as it is cardio stuff...

Food wise: eat less than you are now and exercise more. you should see results!

awwwww sweetie eat some oatmeal for breakfast,a tuna fish sandwhich for lunch,chicken breast and a veggie for dinner..Eat fruits for snacks,and excersise ..just walk at a fast pace for 30 to 60 minutes a day..
you can't do it in 99 days, hon. just get a schedual of exercise and stick to it- make it easy at first- like 10 jumping jacks or whatever- 30 mins of bike riding and stick to it and then make it harder- get a friend to do it with you, that might make it easier, but, don't wait to start exercising until you get a friend, (don't make any excuses) just start, and listen to a radio while you do it. (makes time go faster) there might a free weight loss support group in your area that can give encouragement- don't worry if nobody else your age is in one, just keep it to yourself if you are imbaressed- but the fact you want to change is the very start! you can do it! You can't make changes in your size over night, but any excersice is good. you are so young that it's still easier than any other time in your life. Really think about what i just said. It's doen't get any easier than now.
