I'm 16,How can i loose a lot of water weight in a week? i want to look good for school.?

& is there a such thing to leave it like that? i tried drinking a gallon a water a day but its not working, plus i work out almost everyday? please tell me what to do?

One week isn't going to do it. Keep working out at least every other day (every day is great - if you change the type of working out you are doing).

Frankly, your weight isn't what is going to make you look good in a week. But the glow in your skin (not to mention how clear your skin will be after getting rid of the fat and drinking enough water) the smile on your face, and the energy you have from your workouts (and your good night sleep) will be a draw.

Don't give up on the healthy habits, though, because you are on your way to starting school at 17 as a knock out babe (unless you do what so many other kids do and give it all up 6 weeks into the school year. But you won't do that, will you?).


Oh Oh OH - quick tip that works for me when I just want to look a little better for something... NO soda all week. Not even diet soda. I don't change my eating, but I drink only water (no gatorade, even, and nothing with caffeine - I do allow myself juice, though, mixed 1/2 1/2 with water). Now THAT will cut any bloating you might have.
Avoid salt and greasy foods, eat lots of green leafy type vegetables and fruits. You can't healthily lose much in a week, but that'll prob take 3 or so lbs if you exercize regualrly too. Try running or spin classes (cycling)
you could jog and use could drink Propel its A fitness water. Or use canyenne peper!
They have like water pills u can buy at like almost any store like walmart of cvs etc. take 2-3 a day , but don't go crazy.They will make you pee , also cut out soda and try to drink lots of water, if u don't like water try like crystal light that is good for you.Cut out salty foods as the other person said.Lemon is a diaretic so, try your drinks with in it and it should make u pee out the extra water.Cardio helps also, so you can sweat it out.Good luck with school!
If you are still a kid, you don't need to lose weight. You are perfect the way you are. Don't pay attention to tv people or celebs.
Keep drinking tons of water, lay off of salt, and take those water reducing pills. Over the counter. They will make you go to the bathroom a lot but it will work. I took them before prom to lose a little weight.
Try eating and drinking natural diuretics. If you have a tendancy to retain water, then adding more is just compounding your problem. Here's a link that might help:
