Loosing weight?


Question:
ok so i want to lose like 10 pounds im 190 and 15 years old. I walk about 6 miles a day at 4 mph 3 times a week. and i walk as much as i can when i work. I don't eat much breakfast, but idl ike to know something thatd be good before work or school before i walk to work to give me that energy. Is cheerios with milk ok? 2% milk. And for lunch would a grilled chicken wrap be ok? and i will drink 5 or more bottles of water a day or 8 glasses. I just need tips if that stuff is ok for my walking daily

Increase your walking to 5 times a week and cut simple carbs. You are doing great!

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

REMEMBER ALWAYS that muscle weighs more than fat and the walking is good but for real results you need to change it up every 2 weeks <meaning do more> 8 8oz glasses of water is the daily recommended plus all you serving of fruits veggies and you know the pyramid Some cereal have logos that tell you which is best for energy read the nutrition panel and look mono vs poly carbs complex vs simple sugars.
Simple sugars burn quicker which gives you a fast rise but then a hard crash but complex sugars alone won;t do the job so instead of 3 square try six small meals to keep your energy up
Hydrate ALOT
Whole grains and lean meats are always better
Variety try lots of things to see what works for you
