Question:
I recently bought Whey Protein and Creatine powder to aid me with my workouts.I was wondering if I should still drink the 2 of them on days when I don't work out?( I want to gain muscle but still look as lean as possible.) I have a personal trainer that I work out with 3 times a week.Any other advice would also be appreciated.
I'm 5'7 125 lbs.
(The creatine is by Body Fortress if that helps.)

When ever you are not with your trainer you still need to exercise at least an hour or two 7 days a week, eat healthy foods like your fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.
Balance is key in life, too much of anything can cause problems.
well that is up to you ask your personal trainer that is really the most healthy way to do all your workouts with a personal trainer talk to him and remember it all takes time good luck and keep me posted
