im not sure if you can lose the weight that quickly, but by eating 5 small, healthy meals a day and working out, you can definitely lose some!
healthy weight loss is 2-5 pounds, so yes it's possible to lose that much in 2-3 weeks. but you have to go on a really good diet and be really strict. &no eating after 6pm!
You can loose more weight than that in that amount of time. But the means to do so are illegal and very very unhealthy. I've seen it happen before, although is was a side affect not a goal.
