Answers:
It won't work. Diet pills are ploys to make money and don't generally work unless you are dieting and exercising (they increase the results of exercise, usually).

Start doing 30 minutes of cardio a day-- even if its power walking around the block or the mall. Eat 5 small meals a day (you HAVE to do this in order to lose weight, otherwise you're metabolism will slow down thinking you are starving and it will make it more difficult to lose the fat). Stop eating white potatoes, foods high in sugar (this means junk food-- or anything processed), and white bread (have wheat or wraps instead). You WILL lose weight doing this.

Also, weight training. Buy yourself two 5 lbs weights and look up simple toning exercises online. Muscle burns calories-- so if you put on muscle mass you will be burning extra calories every day just by having them!

Remember that nothing worth having is easy. Its easy to pop a pill-- but it won't work. If you want to lose weight-- and keep it off-- its worth starting a proper lifestyle of good diet and exercise. You say you used to do gymnastics and you didn't start gaining weight until afterwards-- that should tell you something-- you need to add exercise back into your lifestyle (also, don't blame yourself too much, puberty will kick in during those developmental years and often results in weight gain or weight loss).
your really young for that, why cant you just exercise and eat right?
nahh dont take it.
if your 16 and you weigh 194 your definitely not over weight. :]
i'm 14 & weight 116 but i'm rather skinny i'm just like 5"9' lol
but uhm no
it could just be muscleeeeeee [:
no! do not go on Zantrex! lose the weight the right way- even if it takes a little time- it is better than hurting your body with those stupid pills. eat healthy, excersise. if you really wanna lose the weight then you owe it to your body to do it the right way and stick with it.
You're much better off eating three smaller, healthier, natural meals a day, and doing some push-ups, crunches, and running every day. Diet pills don't often work. Actually, Zantrex in particular has been criticized for not giving any actual evidence. Just watch what you eat and stay healthy.
That is quite obese I would have to say. I would definately watch my caloric intake and walk, ride a bike and stop the old exercises like putting that spoon to your mouth. You are much too young to ruin your life because of food addiction. Just stay busy and really watch what you eat as there is still time to change your life style and you will find you will be alot happier and more content. The key is control you have to take control over the food and not have the food have control over you. I know you can do it. Good luck!
your quitting d gym was ur biggest mistake... anyways i think now u should go for regular exercise, drink a lot of water as water helps to dissolve fat, if possible avoid eating anything solid after 7pm so tat d body gets time to digest d food n n n no drinking...
dont take that crap just take step by step there's no rush if you diet right and excercise than you'll have a better and longerlasting outcome than with medication with side effects
