Answers:
you should be able to lose up to 40 lbs in one month , since you are drastically overweight, you will lose weight quickly at first, then after the first month or so your weight loss will slow down.
Keep it up!
No one can really answer this accurately because "eat extremely healthy" doesn't tell us how many calories you are consuming, and walking 18 miles a week (which breaks down to just over 2.5 miles a day but doesn't tell us how fast thus we cannot determine how many calories you are burning during your exercise.

Eating right and exercising is the best way to lose weight so walk as briskly as you can when you walk to burn more calories. For each 3500 more calories that you burn, than you consume, you'll lose 1 lb of fat.

Good luck!
220 pounds is within a clinically recognized healthy weight range for someone who is say, 6'5. It would be obese for someone who is say, 5'5. No one could possibly give you an answer for this. Every body is different. Every body reacts different to different exercises, foods, etc. There are so many variables to this question that even if I knew your gender, height, age, body type, health situation etc, I could not tell you how much you are going to lose. No one could give you an exact number.

That being said. A healthy weight loss rate is 1-2 pounds a week. If you are significantly overweight (in an obese range for your height) then more than 2 pounds a week could still be healthy (but not much more).

If you want some good advice on this, try sparkpeople.com (It is a free site, before you ask). Even if you don't like the way it works, it will help you develop a healthy weight loss plan.

Some info for you:

3500 calories= one pound. If you decrease your caloric intake by 500 calories, and increase your workouts by 500 calories (both per day) you could potentially lose 2 pounds. **note: BTW, this is NOT automatically fat (as the person above seems to imply).

If all else fails, follow the food pyramid. It is there for a reason. You should be as active as your life allows you to be. Even if you just take a half an hour brisk walk a day, it will go a long way.

Good luck losing weight, and do be careful.

**note: 40 pounds a month is WAY to much weight to lose in a month (unless we are dealing with those people who are unable to walk they are so large, I don't know how tall you are, so I can't say).
