I need to lose weight, as soon as possible, could you help me?
Question:
Answers:
In addition to 60 minutes of cardio a day (Walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, or jumping rope are great!) I do ab circuits multiple times daily.
*100 crunches
*50 bicycle crunches
*25 leg lifts
*balance your weight on your right elbow (20 seconds)
*balance your weight on your left elbow (20 seconds)
*20 push-ups
Tip: always keep your abs tight (even when sitting or walking)
Diet: eat foods low in sodium to counteract bloating of the stomach; eat healthy food all around
For arms, legs, etc. I use resistance bands, weights, and do squats and lunges (50 lunges at a time and 25 squats at a time).
Small changes are a key to starting a healthier lifestyle
*Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
*Walk up the escalator if there aren't stairs.
*During a break from work, just go outside and walk (you'll be more inspired to keep at it if it's outside on a pretty day) or do a few squats.
*Start small: Do a few crunches/ push-ups each day, and steadily increase the number.
*Even though your schedule is busy, try to fit in at least 30 minutes of walking or some other cardio. (jogging, swimming, jumping rope)
*Turn on some upbeat music and just dance... At home, this isn't embarrassing or anything. Just relax and dance; it's really fun!
*Throw out all the junk food in your house, and don't let yourself buy any... When you're tempted to buy/eat junk food, picture yourself as gorgeous and thin... that'll keep your focus on the goal.
*Switch to whole grain foods; they are much healthier.
*Choose healthier snacks... We're always tempted by sugary and high calorie snacks like we find in vending machines. Instead pack an apple, a rice cake (they are REALLY good), or a nutrition bar.
*Add more servings of fruits and vegetables; it's tough, but they are healthy and can fill you up faster.
*When fixing a meal, prepare everything then put up the bags, boxes, etc. so you won't be tempted by seconds.
*Brush your teeth right before and after a meal. It will curb your appetite.
*Eat slowly and take smaller bites because the "I'm full" hormones will be signalled better.
South Beach is a good diet. You will lose weight in the first two weeks
one word my man one word EXERCISE!!
Hello, the first answerer gave you good advices, though I know how hard could be to stick to a diet. Especially when constantly in your mind is passing what you should avoid, sacrifice, etc. The banal truth is that the easy lost weight soon returns and that yo-yo effect is so frustrating. Why you don't put more efforts into the long efficiency of your dietary regimen, style of healthy eating, than simply losing weight as soon as possible? As you said you are sick of tasteless food, I am sure from too much limitations, restrictions, which can lead anyone to despair at a certain point.
I can add many things , of course but would like to propose you the best I came across, totally free, a special test from renown dietitian and quite all diets in one place. Just go to:

The most effective diets for losing fast weight are the "Smash fat diet" and "Soup diet", among many others.
I am sure that will help you and you will be able to decide which one fits you best ( sure, also the mentioned doctor could give her opinion)!!
Wish you luck!

Diet , it's the most important part of loosing weight . Eat 4-6 small meals a day .
Eat more whole wheat bread , lean meats , fruits and veggies. Make sure you get the daily amount of fiber you need .
Eat foods with more fiber to feel full .
Excercise of course but I do not suggest cardio for the long run. Start off with cardio to build a stronger heart then move on to Interval Training when you think you're ready.
Example of Interval Training:
20 min session of running , stationary bike , eliptical etc.
5 min warm up.
2 min @ 5-6 intensity
1 min @ 8-10 intensity
Repeat until you hit your last 5-4 minutes for cool down.
Helps keep your metabolism up way better than cardio.
Also include resistence training / weight lifting before Interval Training to build muscle . Muscle burns fat.
