Is too much soy bad for you?

Question:
I don't eat meat, so I eat a lot of it.

Answers:
It's funny you mention that, I just read something (sorry don't remember where but it was in print) that too much soy in your diet can potentially be harmful, as it contains high levels of a certain type of estrogen. I think you have to eat a WHOLE lot thought for it to be a concern.
No. It's a good thing you eat it. Even though you don't want to eat meat, your human and need protein. I make a wonderful dish with glass noodles, extra hard soy, and broccoli. Mmmmm yummy. Now i'm hungry
i don't think so, i'm a vegan as well and i used to eat it alot and my doctor was like, "great!"
I've been hearing a lot in the news that it was found that soy is worthless and too much of it is bad for you.
There are mixed review out on soy, you should be careful over eating it or anything. Moderation is the key. My daughter has health problems they the doctors think soy played a roll in. Soy in it's natural form is better for your.
