Answers:
you sound very committed and your diet and exercise look perfect - get 8 hours of sleep (muscles can only rebuild while you rest) and drink a gallon of water every day - good luck
add some green tea in there!
and for your dinner scrambled eggs, try egg whites instead of whole eggs with the yolk.
other than that, sounds awesome!
good luck! i know you can do it!
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.thin-get.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 5.49$ shipping and handling.
