OK... i totally understand where your coming from. I am on my 4Th day of my life style change ! When i am tempted to eat something i flick myself in the head 5 times. if this doesn't work. look at the food and think if its really worth it. no matter what you do think about the food making you fat for at least 5 minutes. I'm sure when you've thought it over you will decide its not worth it.
Unless you commit to healthy eating you will not lose weight. Maybe try the Special K diet or instant breakfast. Try the diet icecreams at the grocery These may help your cravings. Also stick with the 100 calorie pack snacks. Try daily walking for an hour a day.
Well if you dont like healthy foods and if your too young to use any diet pills the next best thing is continue to eat the foods you enjoy but in smaller portions and less often. If you cut down on your portions than you will inevitably lose weight.
Exercise or diet. Its a choice you have to make. Just begin by keeping active, don't let yourself sit for long. Take a dog or a friend for a walk and have some fun, then exercise won't be so bad. The more you do the easier it will become.
Girl, join the Club.feel the same way and I am all grown up,lol!! Don't worry to much, 10 lbs. is not to much. Most girls your age really don't have to loose weight.
Did you try to exercise more or drink instead of regular soda, diet or water?Eat a Salad for dinner, maybe that will help you.
Increase your fiber content foods to help you feel fuller quicker. Just try to eat smaller portions of things instead of eliminating foods. After a while of smaller portions, you body will adjust and you will need not have the desire to eat alot . good luck!
Try eating more of the healthy foods you do like.
And this may help. you seem to like meat, get the meat that has no hormones added to the feed. it is a little bit more cost wise, bit oh so worth it.
They give these animals growth hormones to make them bigger and fatter, so what does that do to us when we eat them.
Drink 8-10 eight ounce glasses of water a day. That will help.
Eat only a half serving of ice cream per day. That is the serving size that the packages have on them.
Getting the ice cream at a restaurant? Share it, like a one scoop from Culver's, share with one person. Or a french fried ice cream share with three or four.
You get to taste it and satisfy the craving, with out overeating it.
