How to get a flat stomach?


Question:
I'm 5'1" and weigh 100 lbs.
I have this bulge at my stomach but I'm pretty thin everywhere else.
Is there any good way to get rid of it?
I don't have access to a gym or gym equpment except for a ball.
Any suggestions?

Answers:
Try two things:

1) running outside, at least for 15 minutes, 3-4 times a week

2) sit up; at least 20-30 times, twice a day
