Weight!?
Question:

I'm confused... if you don't think you're fat and like your size, then why are you trying to lose weight? I can see by your exclamation points that this is an emotional subject for you. Are you in a sport where your coach is trying to get you to drop weight?
125 actually is NOT a heavy weight for a middle-schooler. Some of your peers may weigh less, but this is because at your age, everyone is in a different stage of development, and some of your skinnier friends haven't developed adult bone structure yet. You've just hit your growth spurt before they did. They'll catch up. I weigh 144 and am 5'4--that is average for White American females. I'm 25 and most people consider me attractive. :)
If you're skinny enough that you can see the muscles in your stomach, you really should not be trying to lose weight. What you will end up losing would not be fat, but muscle tone. Dieting will only make you feel weak, fatigued, and obsessed with food. It's actually dangerous to be eating less than 2000 calories a day unless you are obese (as in, 35% or more overweight. At 125 lbs, unless you are 4' tall or shorter, you are *absolutely not* overweight, let alone obese. Okay? :)
During your teenage years you will find yourself gaining weight, *this is not fat, but muscle and bone.* You're not only getting taller, but your skeleton grows so that your bones are stronger, you have greater lung capacity, your hipbones are wider, and even your brain gains gray matter. Every bit of matter that's in you is subject to gravity! You are becoming a cool adult, you don't need to be any smaller than you are.
On the other hand, there are a lot of other things in life that can make you *feel* the need to be physically smaller. Feeling ignored by your peers, or like your opinions don't matter... or having parents/teachers/adults in your life who are very controlling. Especially feeling like *you* don't matter or that your feelings aren't important to people can result in "feeling fat" or the need to take up less space in spirit, and our motives are rarely just physical.
If you really feel the need to make some changes in your life, I would suggest this: grab a friend, preferably one who is not materialistic, and just go for walks together. Focus on the relationship, on each other's hopes and dreams. Now is the time to discover your unique voice in the world, to learn to appreciate the real you.

Oh, and DON'T take "meds"!!! Supplements intended for weight loss can permanently damage your heart and brain. If you don't like working out, then don't work out. You are not lazy, you just might benefit from a fresh-air activity that's enjoyable to you. After all, the first humans were dropped in a luscious garden, not a smelly gym.
You didn't mention your height. But if you are 5.4 then yes you could get down to 110. Which I am trying to do right now.
Just work out and consume no more than 1200 calorie a day. Good luck.
