If you want a Emma Watson body then all you have to do is eat healthy and exercise.
What you need to do is a lot of cardio. You should do cardio 4 or 5 times a week and about 5-7 miles each time. Cardio can be done in both the gym or at home/outdoors and with all different bugets in mind.

hiking

Or you can use:

In addition to that, cut down on carbs if it is more than 65% of your diet. Take in more protein, fruits, and vegetables. There is a website that is totally free that you can use to count calories, fat, carbs, etc... that has suggested exercises, menus and support groups. It will calculate your BMI and give a recommended weight range for your height.
