What you need to do is a lot of cardio. You should do cardio 4 or 5 times a week and about 5-7 miles each time. Cardio can be done in both the gym or at home/outdoors and with all different bugets in mind.
You can:
go running
jogging
jump-rope
jumping-jacks
dancing
roller blading
skiing
hiking
walking
Or you can use:
treadmill
step climber
elliptical
In addition to that, cut down on carbs if it is more than 65% of your diet. Take in more protein, fruits, and vegetables. You can also see great benefits by drinking water instead of soft drinks, getting more hours of sleep, not eating after 7pm and limiting the calories you eat (but not starving!).

stay away from sweets , and chips etc , start walking everyday and ride your bike everyday! meals , small,a day and 2 snaks like yogurt and fruit , that should help a little and only water to drink no soda!
do exercise and dont eat so much. dont starve yourself because you'll end up putting the weight back on when you start eating normally, and because you'll get lots of health problems. just do any kind of exercise which makes you sweat, and keep doing it. dont ***** out and start eating crap food
if you lose that much weight that fast you'll gain the weight back just as fast as you lost it
Join a program like Weight Watchers. They have a program for the first two weeks where you lose more weight -- and it gets you pumped and motivated to keep going.

There is no other safe way of doing this, so don't try it on your own. Your health is more important than 10-15 lbs.
ok well my advice for you is to maybe run in the morning, or lay on your back on the ground and lift your feet 6 inches off the ground and go in tiny circular motions or zig zag, also you can do some crunches or buy your self an exercise ball and do stuff on there. hope i could help!
do a combination of both exercising 5-6 days a week and changing your eating habits. Also a friend of mine who is a personal trainer told me recently that asparagus is a diuretic, meaning it helps you lose your water weight.it doesn't taste too great but it helps she said. Also if you want to lose weight quick, I know different things work for different people, but for me watching my carbohydrates I dropped tons of weight in just a few weeks. This means you eat all meats, cheese, fish, salad..etc.

Your best bet would be to ad more cardio and eat a 1500 calorie diet. You must eat though, if don't eat eventually you will gain back twice as much. Not to mention when you don't eat your body starts taking away nutrients for things that need it like your muscles. You may not lose the total 10-15 lbs but you will definitely be on the right track to stay healthy and keep off the weight.
