I wanna lose weight...and fast!! 15-20 pounds?

im 14 and im 155, i dont have alot of belly fat but thats mainly the issue! i want to lose weight quick. Diet plans...is dieting good? can i get exsercise advice, i want to have a flat stomach in a month or two, please help? what should i eat?

i'm 13 and i'm 143...i have been dieting for 2 years.nothing works.
in dieting...you just start eating special foods and when you get to the weight you want, you stop eating the special food and start eating regular food, and when you do..you gain all that weight back, so you end up doing all that for nothing.
Just eat smaller portions of food and excersize daily and you will lose weight.
A good way to lose weight in your stomach is to do 20-30 sit-ups every morning when you wake up and every night before you go to sleep. Plus just eat fresh fruit and veggies at every meal. Also eating less red meat (steak, ground beef, any cow prouducts really) and more fish and poultry will help too.
