Answers:    This doesn't nouns to me like the wonderful diet, you need to consume adequate calories a day to fuel your body and 340 freshly isn't enough. If your really serious just about weight loss I can report to you what I know.
Eating a balanced diet is great, but it doesn't backing everyone loose weight, be there tried that...
The biggest problem for alot of relatives are carbohydrates, carbs when consumed help fuel your body, but guzzle an excess of them and the extra that your body doesn't use gets converted to sugars and later in turn to butter, that sits on your thighs. I have be having great nouns with the Atkins diet, I am still drinking a wide miscellany of foods, but no complex carbs...like bread, rice and pasta, simply for the first 2 weeks you make sure you consume no more than 20grams of carbs a light of day, its hard at first, but as soon as your body get used to not having it, you will find it easier.
I recommend you bring back the Atkins book and give it a try.
No u have need of to eat at least possible 1,200 to 1,500 calories a day NEVER UNDER THAT AMOUNT
if u chomp through under that your body go in starvation mode and make it harder to lose weight.

The best passageway is a low calorie diet like the one above and exercise-cardio & mass trainging-the more muscle u build the more calories u burn.
