Will I lose wieght(fat) if I work out everyday and get through semi sound?
I guzzle semi healthy: No cokes, deserts, fatty snacks, But I do put away stuff like chilly and burgers as very well as real athletic stuff like my veggies, fruits, big fiber cereal and health bar.
I havn't lost but two or three pounds and I have be on this plan for 2 months. However, everyone says I look skinner and that I hold probably replaced the fat near muscle. I tried eating the body for natural life plan for 3 weeks and just couldn't hang on to at it because of all the trouble I have to go to. Any suggestion.
Answers: keep up the weights workout and put in more time to your cardio, at least 30 min., more if you can,a daytime 5-6 days a week, and keep consumption healthy, you will see results, you don't won't to lose consignment to fast, 2-3 lbs a week is adjectives, and yes if you are using weights you are replacing fat beside muscle, so don't go by merely how much you weigh but how your clothes fit
cardio makes u loose immensity better then working, working out burns greatly little but is better for muscel.
