Here are a few tips if you want to use them if you don't already:

-Drink more water, 8-10 glasses of water everyday.

-Cut down on the carbs (there's good, and bad carbs. The bad cars are chips, sodas etc.), fats, and sugars you consume.

-Try to eat more fiber, protein, and have some wheat too.

-Lift weights, the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns.

-Cut back on sugar intake!!

-If you feel like you are hungry try to have some water, but if you want food, then try to snack in between meals only have fruit and veges, apple, carrot sticks, remember try to eat an apple and banana a day.

-I suggest taking out all fizzy drinks and juices.

-Have a good breakfast. Breakfast is so important.

-Eat lean meat, and stay away from fatty/oily food!

-I started swimming every morning about 3 weeks ago before I ate breakfast, so far I have lost about 20 pounds of fat, and have gone down 2 waist sizes. I look, and feel way better because when you do a form of cardio exercise before you eat, you are burning the stored fat (stomach, and everything else), other than burning the food you just ate. Plus swimming burns fat, and tones up your muscles. 2 In 1!

Good luck!
your body's hormones are out of whack. the only way to get them normal again and working properly to digest and eliminate properly is to eat very healthy and strict diet for awhile. it may take up to a year of practicing this healthy lifestyle to turn your body's system around. but once you do this, you will be able to lose weight. you can start by eating things that are organic, absolutely avoid most supermarket foods ESPECIALLY foods that say "diet" or "low fat" don't ever eat these because they will just make you fatter.

as much organic and natural foods as possible. keep up with the cardio excercise because if you get your body to function correctly it will eventually pay off. this is something a doctor will never tell you, but its actually the foods that are processed or have chemicals in them that makes people fat most of the time. its not genetics or a birth defect, although peoples bodys are built differently with different organ strengths and weaknesses. until your full body is working properly, you will not lose weight.

things to eat: fiber, pure water, organic veggies and fruits as much as possible, avoid processed foods as much as possible, organic meat, and healthy oils and fats for your body (like flax oil, borage oil, primrose oil combined with organic cottage cheese)
just cut down on your total fat intake...and then excerise alot

thats the real key you dont know some special diet
well first you need to love your self and then start eating healtier. well i used to have like 20 pounds over and i tried acupunture and it did work, but also need to change the way you eat. if you live by dallas tx i know a great accupunture that i can give u his address.
Just exercise! "How much you need to" is different for every person, so I'd suggest you research the food you eat.

Think of something you ate recently, find out how many calories are in that food (on the net if you didn't get a chance to see the ingredients.) Then, either by trial-and-error or research, figure out how much work you have to do to get rid of those calories.

That, and eat smarter.
