If eating like realllly bad one day, like 2300 calories, most of it junk, can that make you gain weight?

Question:
i usually eat really good, but today i just ate like this im not sure why if i do gain weight how much

Answers:
A good thing to remember is that a pound is approximately 3900 calories. So one occasional bad day will not hurt unless you really overdo it more than 2300 calories.
dont worry about it.
if you work out (including dancing) you should be fine.
if you eat regularly this much junk food then you will gain weight in just matter of time..
u wont really gain weight if it's just ocationally like how u are. it sould only be about two pounds at the MOST.eating like that CONSTANTLY will make u gain weight. so no worries okay?
one day no its the day after day that does it
The recomended amount of calories a day is 2000 calories.

Dancing for about 5 hours you probaly lost like 1250 calories. Because by dancing you lose about 250-300 calories an hour.

To gain one pound, you have to intake 3500 calories.
So you didnt gain any weight.
If you are normally an eater of healthy food then one day of enjoying yourself won't harm you. I had a diet once I stuck to for 5 days a week. Over the weekend I ate what I liked, ice cream, cake, chocolate, whatever. When I weighed on a Monday I would not have lost weight for these 2 days but neither did I gain any. And over the longer term I lost quite some weight. I don't think having a period matters. I never suffered when I had a wet dream.
If you danced for 5 hours that more than makes up for the extra calories.
