if you dont eat for eleven days. you'll die. at least eat 300 calories a day. or even eat 500 calories and lose 600 calories. so yeaaa <3 idc if you dont care if it's healthy;; but you'd die.
lol
err. don't starve yourself. it's practically impossible to accomplish that. i'm guessing you have something big coming up in 11 days ??
try eating healthy, don't eat any more than you have to though. watch your calorie intake and go work out for 1-2 hours a day.
stay away from sodas+snacks.
but if you plan on starving yourself.. you'll collapse before the time is up. and you can't work out if you don't eat anythingg.
ahaha. not eating for 11 days. rediculous. if you want to loose weight im sure you could come up with a better solution than that.
Yes it's possible, my X use to do that before wrestling matches in High School. He lost 15 lbs in two days once. Just remember, all of it is water weight, you are dehydrating yourself and the instant you go back to drinking water/eating/ and not exercising you will gain it all back.
So is it worth your health to get in a dress 2 sizes smaller than you normally wear? Err..no.
It would probably work, but there are several hurdles that could put a dent in your plan.
Well, first off, the average person can't go without food for more than 5 days.
Another issue right off, is sweating off the weight will only cause you to lose water weight. Since the human body is 70% or more water, your dehydrating yourself more than actually losing excess fat with the exercise method suggested.
Lastly, not eating actually causes the body's metabolism to slow down, meaning it would be harder to get the body to burn calories when it isn't being fed calories (Think of the body as an old coal driven train engine, no coal, no burning... no burning, you start to slow down).
They suggest that a good dieting level for calorie intake is 1500 calories a day (for an adult). However, the general formula for weight loss is to eat fewer calories than you intend to burn that day, thus decreasing the body's excess reserves.
Gradual weight loss is better for a person, and usually effectively changes the person's eating habits for the long term, which decreases their chances of regaining that weight.
