You should watch your composition making sure you are eating enough of the correct types of foods at a time. Eating snacks will help. Weighing in at 119lbs at 5'2" means your the perfect weight (even a little under weight) for your height.
look, the key to lose weight is to burn more calories than the ones you are putting into your body. so you could start exercising for like 3 hours a day and eat no more than 900 calories daily. also remember 70% of our body is water so the first step into losing weight is to lose all the water you have in you. You could use diuretics, i think it's the name, which are treatments that help you get rid of all the water you have inside. you could also go into a sauna like once per week it is very effective if you want to burn water.
You have to eat AT LEAST 1200 calories a day.
Otherwise, your body goes into starvation mode and keeps all tha fat it can save.
Don't drink whole milk, drink Skim.
Do some running/walking for 30 minutes every day. Lift weights 3 days a week.
Avoid white bread.
And it's absolutely not healthy to lose more than 1-2 pounds per week. So don't try, because it will all come back plus more if you do.
If you do really well, expect a loss of 5-8 pounds in a month.

And whoever said you have to loose the water first, and eat no more than 900 calories a day is COMPLETELY wrong. You can't be more wrong. You will starve and can pass out. It's absolutely wrong and ALL diet experts will agree with me.

I would say so. I'm 5'3" and I used to weight 119 pounds and I lost 15 pounds in two-three weeks eating pretty close to that. Maybe I had a couple hundred more calories and exercised more but I did lose weight. It was really exciting. I think you should add a little bit more calories and don't go under 1000. I started feeling sluggish after day 5 so I had to add some more calories but it was still like 1300. Also..Don't do this because you think your fat and want to be popular and skinny. Do this for your health. If you at any point feel sick because you're not eating enough. Add some more calories but make them healthy.

I wouldn't recommend it. You may want to up your calories about another 200 at least. To keep your calories low eat veggies. You can up your exercise to include 30 min of cardio like running, skipping, swimming, biking. Weights are more for toning and building muscle.
It isn't healthy for your body to live on milk and water. What will happen is when you do eat, your body is conditioned to think it is in famine mode and will store everything as fat.
Eat about 5 small meals a day of fruit and veggies as well as your grains and dairy.
I wouldn't try and lose more than say 2 lbs a week at the most.
