Am I dieting right?


Question:
Breakfast- Bran Flakes Cereal with 1% Milk

Lunch- Tuna, 2 Slices of Wheat Bread Toast, Cranberry Walnut Bread, Banana, Water

Snack- Low Fat Strawberry and Banana Yogurt

Dinner- Broccoli, Water

7:00-8:30- 30 min run, 30 min wak, 10 crunches, 30 jumping jacks,10 push ups

I hope this works!

Wow that's healthy. Except you aren't eating enough for dinner. Try eating chicken, or some other kind of lean meat. Make sure you are drinking more water. You should eat an apple too for breakfast. I love them in the morning.

Also try doing more crunches. Don't strain yourself though.

If you want to waste away, burn yourself out or starve yourself of nutrients, yeah, your doing everything right.

Broccoli alone in the evening as a meal????!!!!! bro coll with fish, chicken or quorn, yeah, but that alone is madness.
Those aren't enough calories to sustain your metabolism or an adult body.
